This sermon series of Things that Unite will examine the seven great ones that is found in Ephesians 4:1-6. The series examines the Things that Unite the church, the body of Christ through our faith in Him, and the things that He commands.
The fourth chapter of the book of Ephesians shows us how Jesus desires for all believers to be united together. His desire is for all his disciple be united in one body, one church. He did not build more than one body. He did not build more than one church. There is one body of believers, those believers are to be united in One Spirit, the Spirit of God, who gave us One message, the Gospel of Christ. In that gospel we are called in One Hope of our calling. That calling comes from One Lord, who commanded that we united in One Faith, and joined with Him in One Baptism. This brings us in unity with the One Father who is above all and through all and in you all.
