A Call for Revival
While there is nothing magical about the new year, it is often used as a time to reflect upon what we'd like to change. This attitude of a new year when many are focused on change and resolution we can use it as an opportunity to be revived, to renew our zeal for the Lord.
"And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved." - Acts 2:46,47
Is there little joy in serving God? Are we, like the Pharisees who are not committed in the spirit?
As Christians, Do we Need a New Beginning?

Promises to Keep
also known as, I Will Do More
I will do more than belong, I will participate.
I will do more than care, I will help.
I will do more than believe, I will practice
I will do more than forgive, I will forget.
I will do more than teach, I will inspire.
I will do more than dream, I will work.
I will do more than give, I will serve.
I will do more than earn, I will enrich.
I will do more than live, I will grow.
I will do more than be fair, I will be kind.
I will do more than be a citizen, I will be a patriot.
I will do more than be friendly, I will be a friend.
