Only a small number of these were circulated to overseas press outlets, and survival rates are exceptional low. Original red wraps, Collins proof label,INPRA label intact, minimal age related wear to wraps, spine and covers. A strong well preserved example of a fragile proof format. Very RARE proof copy.
