These two verses help us to understand the need to take this word and sharing it with everyone we possibly can.

God has given us an absolute promise that His word will work. It may not convert everyone that you talk to, but it will work for those whose hearts are seeking Him.

What is Sin?
- 1 John 3:4, transgression of the law
The Law of Christ, we live by the New Testament law on this side of the cross. When we go against this law, we are in a sinful nature. We need to recognize what sin is, and what we can do about it.
- 1 John 5:17
Unrighteousness is sin, to do wrong. Anything that goes against the direction of God. Anytime we deviate from the scriptures, then we have committed sin.
Whenever Paul told us to sing with the heart, he used the Greek word Psallo, which means to pluck or twang. That term has to have a quantifier, that quantifier that Paul used was the heart, we are to pluck and twang the hear, not an instrument. If we bring in something other than the heart, we are transgressing the law.
The World is Full of Sin

When we go out to share the message with others. We need to understand that they are lost. But, there are those who refuse to hear the message. And, they will be lost eternally because they refuse to heed the word of God. We have a love for them, we want them to change, but they choose to remain in a lost state.
When one becomes a Christian, they are walking like Christ. But sometimes a Christian falls away, and sins.
Can A Christian Sin?

We need to know and understand that we can fall into sin. And we need to be able to have our hearts touched when we are confronted and made aware of our sin. We need to look at ourselves and understand that we need to remain faithful, examining ourselves to see if we are in sin. And make changes when necessary.

- Drinking of Alcohol - Galatians 5:21
- Dancing - Galatians 5:19-21
- Drugs - Revelation 21:27, 1 Corinthians 3:17
- Fornication - 1 Corinthians 5:19

The Bible is going to offend, anyone who is in a sinful nature. We want to help pull them from the fire, but they will need to repent, to change to align with God’s word in order to no longer be n sin.
Do we Speak Against Sin?

When we fail to commit to teaching the full word of God, and shy away from directing against sins, we fail to uphold the word of God.

We must put our minds into the study of God’s word, so the church is sound and solid and able to teach others the truth.

Is it Okay to Plan to Sin?
- Romans 6:1, 15
Today, we have to share with the children the Christian life. We have to show them how to live it.
What are the Wages of Sin?
- Romans 6:23, Spiritual Death
If we don’t conform to the word of God, the wages of sin, is spiritual, eternal death.
But, the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.
Isn’t it wonderful that God has outlined the perfect plan to turn away from sin, to believe that Jesus is the son of God, and confess his name, and being baptized to have our sins washed away to be cleansed of our sin.

Whosoever believes, in obedience, in Him shall have everlasting life. There is saving power in the blood of Christ, John 1:7,8, If we walk int he light as He is in the light, He continually cleanses us from our sin.
